【辦理目的(Purpose)】
本活動將以台灣美食文化為媒介,透過英語教學,並結合實作體驗,開啟本國生與國際生間對節慶、文化與美食的英語對話交流。
The activity is to introduce the food and culture of Taiwan via hands-on experience and enhance the English speaking of domestic and international students on festivals, culture and food.
【活動內容(Activity Details)】
一、活動時間(Activity time):
(1)第一階段 5/24(二)12:00-14:00 國際美食文化交流
活動內容:講師分享與引導學生進行美食、文化等討論。
活動地點:線上(Microsoft Teams)
Session 1: 5/24(TUE)12:00-14:00 International Food and Cultural Exchange
Location: Online(Microsoft Teams)
Content: Speaker share and guide students to discuss about food, culture and other topics.
(2)第二階段 5/31(TUE)12:50-15:00 台灣美食實作體驗
活動內容:進行台灣端午節之包粽子體驗。
活動地點:線上(Microsoft Teams)
Session 2: 5/31(TUE)12:50-15:00 Taiwanese cuisine experience
Location: Online(Microsoft Teams)
Content: To have hands-on experience in packing rice dumpling.
二、活動方式:活動以英語為主要溝通媒介。
Activity method:English as a medium of communication and exchange of ideas.
三、參加對象:本校之本國生與國際學生,限額16名。
註:可報名單場活動,但凡能同時參與兩階段活動者,優先錄取。
Participants:limited up to 16 local students and international students in our school.
Note:You can register for a single session, but those who can participate in both session of activities will be given priority.
四、活動費用:全額免費。
Activity fees : Free.
